Community-Based Day Program
Where adults with diverse abilities create, connect, and grow.
Compass Creative Arts is a vendor of the Regional Center of the East Bay, serving Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Martinez, and surrounding communities.
Serving the East Bay since 2021
What Participants Experience
Confidence built through creativity, community, and care.
Our daily program centers on three things that compound: showing up in the community, expressing yourself through art, and learning real-life skills with mentors who know your name.
Community Integration
Outings to museums, libraries, parks, and shopping centers, with mentor support tailored to each participant.
Creative Expression
Art activities and tutorials that meet people where they are. No prior experience required, ever.
Life & Travel Skills
Travel training on BART, social and life skills coaching, and one-on-one mentorship throughout the day.

My son comes home from CCA telling me about his day for the first time in his life. They see him.
— Parent of a CCA participant -
I refer clients to Compass because the staff actually know each participant: their interests, their goals, their bad days. That kind of attention is rare.
— Case Manager, Regional Center of the East Bay -
I get to come here and do my art and see my friends. Compass is my place.
